Hey Oliver, the P90X3 program has one Yoga day per week, and Sundays are for rest or dynamic recovery (which is still pretty hard sometimes). So I guess that makes up for two “rest” days per week, which are still movement. Whenever I felt like I needed it, I replaced one of the workouts with a Yin Yoga session, or something light and static, but it hasn’t happened too often. Even if I workout daily, I’m not feeling much soreness, and after all, it’s only 30 minutes a day. I can understand the concern for overdoing it, but I embarked on this experiment to try to build a habit, not exert myself.
