It does make sense! I'm thinking that rituals don't have to be productive, but sometimes we can attach a useful habit to them - they can act as a starting ritual for that particular action.
In the process of GYST’ing and following my intuition. Gave up a career in medicine to pursue writing, blogging, and, most of all, living.
